System plus- plan of rural development (PLUS PRV)- is a system where a registry of projects and applications for payment for agricultural entities, individual famers and other persons or legal bodies, which are interested in European structural funds for rural development. This system contains, monitors and evaluates work-flow of application from its submission at an office, through approval and authorization and until the payment. Unified communication interface, that enables the communication with the accounting module and provides current information about payments, is also part of the system.
